Magic can do a lot - give you flight, show you mermaids, help you taste the stars, and... solve the budget crisis? That's what the grown-ups will do with it if they ever make it to Neverland to steal its magic and bring their children home.

However, Gwen doesn't know this. She's just a sixteen-year-old girl with a place on the debate team and a powerful crush on Jay, the soon-to-be homecoming king. She doesn't know her little sister could actually run away with Peter Pan, or that she might have to chase after her to bring her home safe. Gwen will find out though - and when she does, she'll discover she's in the middle of a looming war between Neverland and reality.

She'll be out of place as a teenager in Neverland, but she won't be the only one. Peter Pan's constant treks back to the mainland have slowly aged him into adolescence as well. Soon, Gwen will have to decide whether she's going to join impish, playful Peter in his fight for eternal youth... or if she's going to scramble back to reality in time for the homecoming dance.
Meet Blink
Blink is an observer. Her sense of wonder and curiosity results in an extreme focus and fascination with watching others. Her interest in watching others doesn't stop at the lost children. She enjoys interacting with animals and fairies, too. She learns the fairy language faster than any other child and has an attention span to rival most grownups. She is not easy to read, and always keeps her emotions to herself to some degree. Unlike the others, she doesn't feel compelled to say everything she thinks. Blink has a kind soul, however, and is treasured by her friends for being a good listened.

One of Blink's best qualities is her ambition. She enjoys learning and likes to collect skill. She has an innate sense of rhythm and music, and loves to drum. She is the fastest-flying lost child, second only to Peter himself. She likes to study bugs, especially wiggly worms, and is not afraid of any creepy-crawlies. She has the patience to build card houses, and the imagination to envision who would live in them.

Prepared for anything, she can keep her head no matter what the danger or conflict. Her dependable calm comes from spending so long in Neverland and realising there is no such thing as a bad adventure. She is introspective, easy-going, and generally willing to go along with whatever scheme the other lost children have dreamed up... which makes her very popular with Jam, the most gregarious - and bossiest - of the children. You can meet Jam at Seeing Double In Neverland and you can read about all the lost children in The Neverland Wars, out now!
