Cover Reveal: The Lost Village by Neil Spring

Today on Hummingbird Reviews, I am absolutely delighted to be taking part in the cover reveal for the fantastic new novel by Neil Spring, The Lost Village, which is published on October 19th 2017 by Quercus. In case you weren't aware, Neil Spring is the author of The Ghost Hunters (which was commissioned by ITV, gracing the screens of many) and The Watchers, both of which are darkly fascinating novels based on true events and places. I was one of those many, many readers who were blown away by The Ghost Hunters and I've been following Neil's career ever since.

I guess that goes some way in explaining to you why I am so very excited to bringing this cover reveal to you today. The Lost Village looks to be yet another harrowing novel from Spring and I, for one, cannot wait. So, without further ado, here it is, folks. Feast your eyes!

Some stories are never finished.
Some voices insist on being heard, even after death...

Many years ago, soldiers entered a remote English village called Imber and forced every inhabitant out. It remains abandoned...

Each winter, on one night only, Imber's former residents return to visit loved ones buried in the overgrown churchyard.

But this year, something has gone wrong. Secrets are surfacing, putting all who come near Imber in danger. And only one man can help.

Notorious ghost hunter Harry Price has reluctantly reunited with his former assistant Sarah Grey. Once, she worshipped Harry, but their relationship has recently soured. Harry knows that Sarah could be the key to unlocking the mystery of Imber, but will her involvement in the case be the undoing of them both?

I don't know about you, but I am incredibly excited about this book and really cannot wait to get stuck in! I just know that it is going to be fantastic.
